Cambria Hotel Orlando Airport

modern looking upscale. I liked the lighting. The kids really thought that was neat. I liked all the open area underneath everything even the bed. Very easy to keep clean for your staff and it’s things that a person like me who looks for cleanliness looks out for also. The beds were a little firm, but not cheap firm. I did like the different choices of pillows. Loved the fact that there was a little sign that told you you could just turn off the GFI on the wall socket to turn off the night light. Somebody actually had a towel jammed up underneath there. I guess not everyone looks out for reading material. Ha. Ha. The shower was huge, which was a plus. There were a couple pieces of hair in there, so that’s definitely an area to keep an eye out for with the maid service. I could clearly see them on the flat finish surface. The doors it was quite a loud noise which cascades down the hall. Might not be a bad idea to have even a pamphlet or a photocopy piece of paper with your check in. It just has all the ideas to keep it a pleasant day for everyone in the hotel. I think because it is designed differently. It made it a different hotel even though it had all the amenities of other hotels literally next-door. I think if you offered a 24 hour shuttle service, or at least backed it up a couple hours that would be a plus and would bring in more customers. This little snack area was great.

I arrived at this hotel after a horrible travel experience, stressed and tired, which made me predisposed to find fault with everything. I just couldn’t though, this place and it’s staff is just so top notch. It’s a brand new hotel with amenities and style you don’t normally get at this hotel class or price point. If you are looking for the best airport hotel, this is it. - free airport transfers - incredible, mostly bi-lingual (Spanish and English) staff at all levels, from front desk to maintenance to the transfer driver. Henry was especially great and it was his first day working on his own, so you can tell they really prioritize customer service and do a great job training their staff - Bluetooth speaker mirror in the bathroom - Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea selections enough for four people - ice machines on each floor - sparkling clean and modern everywhere - water fountains to refill water bottles so less plastic waste. large bottles of toiletries in the shower which also is so much better for the environment - extra small toiletries available at no cost if you forget an essential - good sized room, plenty of room to spread out - cold mini fridge, not one of the lame “minibar” kind that barely keep anything cold - zero wifi issues - plenty of plugs to charge devices - held luggage after checkout I travel a ton and I honestly think this is a better hotel than some other 5 star luxury properties where I’ve paid 4 times the nightly rate.

We had dinner there and not only was the meal great but the waiter was fantastic! He was the only one there besides the bartender, and stayed calm, personable, attentive and anticipated when you might need something else without hovering. All-around great experience!

I have stayed at this property several times and the rooms are very nice. This time there were a few cleaning issues upon my arrival which was not typical of my previous stays. It was mostly taken care of. I did feel like some of the staff were hard to communicate with but I realize they are nice and working hard to be hospitable.

very close to airport, comfortable beds, very clean. the restaurant/bar in the lobby was had a very laidback atmosphere with excellent food. Staff all very friendly.
